Tall dark spooky trees stoop down looking into the distance. Foggy mist surrounds the colossal puddles. The sense of fear slowly wafts across the grounds cover.  

Athletics

Athletics Day

Yesterday we had our athletics day.

It was at the stadium.

 My favourite event was the 400 metre sprints. 

I came 4th out of at least 11 competitors. 

There was a lot of kids and adults.

I enjoyed it all.

It was fun!

Tug O War

  Tug O War

Suddenly a mysterious box with 2 syndicate 4 boys carrying it walks through the door.
" What's in there?" everybody asked themselves. Everybody slowly and sneakily crept over to the gigantic cardboard box and had a sneaky peak inside and right there in front of my eyes was a new coiled up rubber rope, at least 10cm thick...

The muscly boys slowly dragged the colossal box onto the immense field and dragged the rope out of the box and spread it out on the field. We tried to guess how long it was and then we tried to use our feet guess in meters. I got 24m  then the final stage... the meter wheel. "30 meters," Floyd shouted as he just got to the end. Ohhh! I was so close I thought. Oh well at least now we get to have a game of tug o war.

 We are so going to smoke you I carelessly thought. Let the games begin. I tugged with all my might... yes, victory dance. We won, well that round, hahaha! We grabbed the rope again. Let the finals begin! I dug my feet into the ground "PULL" I shouted! Yes our final victory dance!!

WOW THAT WAS FUN!!!!!!!

My First Post

Today I learnt to create a learning blog. We learnt how to change a background. Now I know how to get into blogger. I know the importance of saving the settings and any changes I make and also I now know how to change the font. I also learnt that web adresses only use lowercase letters.
